These terms apply to your purchase and use of Clear365, a digital product sold by Nelson Abraham Marandi under the brand livefree365 ("we", "us"). By buying Clear365 you agree to these terms.

The product

Clear365 includes "The Complete Skincare Routine Guide" (a PDF file) and a 365-day habit tracker (a Google Sheets template). It is delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is shown on our website in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

Delivery

After successful payment, download links are shown on screen and sent to the email address you provide. Delivery is usually instant and always within 24 hours. If you don't receive your links, contact support@livefree365.org.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Clear365 for your own use. You may not resell, share, copy, publish or distribute the guide or tracker, in whole or in part.

No medical advice

Clear365 provides general skincare and lifestyle information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a dermatologist or doctor. Product names are suggestions; availability and prices change, and results vary from person to person. Always patch-test new products and stop using anything that causes irritation.

Third-party products

The guide mentions products made by other companies. We are not affiliated with those brands unless stated, and we are not responsible for their products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Clear365 is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
